i.heart.boba in Rowland Heights Has All Your Boba Fixes

Nested in a cozy plaza next to My Gym and right across the street from Puente Hills mall in Rowland Heights, i.heart.boba offers boba enthusiasts an array of delicious drinks and snacks we all long for. I had an opportunity to try a few of their popular menu items and I was impressed! Upon walking in, the store has a warm and welcoming ambience with digital display of their drink and snack menus. The focal point of the store is an IG ready wall decorated with blooming paper flowers covered with lavish green grass.

Amongst some of their popular drinks including Rose Gold Milk Tea, Mango & Passion Green Fruit Tea, Golden Phoenix Oolong Tea with fluffy cheese cream, and Marble Sesame to name a few, I have to say my favorite would be White Peach Oolong. Their White Peach Oolong has a tad steeper tea taste with Oolong compared to green tea varieties and the white peach flavor comes directly from the tea leaves that were harvested from cross breeding of real white peach within tea bushes, a popular Taiwanese tea farming method. Their fruity tea is not made with concentrated fructose with synthetic flavors but made with real fruit purees. Their Hong Kong style Sesame drink is inspired by the heritage of the owner’s wife and is also one of the most popular handcrafted drinks.

i.heart.boba is currently doing takeout only due to the pandemic, however, they also offer catering services to events in any size. With the increasing popularity of boba drinks their catering service is easily the highlight of events such as graduation parties, birthday parties and even weddings.

I also got to try their signature snack, Bubble Waffle. And wow it was y.u.m.m.y! These waffles are totally made from scratch and they have just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and sponginess on the inside. They offer original, boba (yes, with real chewy bobas inside the waffles), and also Fujikake (a Japanese blend of sesame and seaweed) flavors.
