Making New Holiday Traditions at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa

As the world is beginning to open up, we are desperately in need of a vacation. I had the chance to visit the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort located in the heart of Palms Springs and I was absolutely blown away. It was a much needed getaway to clear my mind and get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The minute you step into the lavish foyer, your heart will melt and LA will be a thing of the past.
The resort has everything from a magnificent spa (I had quite a lovely massage), golf, eateries and drum roll please……a resort like pool. Although it is currently under renovation, once it is completed it will be a true sight to see that will rival the likes of a Las Vegas hotel minus the crazy crowds. All the common areas including the check-in lobby, hallways, restaurants, and everywhere else, are a 360-degree intricately designed gallery of holiday decorations. At the bottom of the famous double round staircases is a gigantic Christmas tree that illuminates the entire space.
I had a chance to try some of the light-bite menu at The Place, a cocktail lounge by the terrace. The compilation of delicious food, refreshing cocktails, live jazzy music, and a festive atmosphere, made for a splendid and relaxing moment that was definitely a memorable highlight of my trip.
To top off the night was one of the most plush and comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The bedding was super soft and definitely lived up to my super picky standards when it comes to sheets. Our room was quite large, homey and luxurious. The recently renovated one-bedroom Studio Suite comes with all the amenities you would ask for, a 50-inch smart TV, separate seating area, and even dual vanity in the bathroom. Right outside the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors is a roomy private balcony where you can enjoy a 180-degree view of the lush golf courses with a backdrop of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains.
This will be our new home away from home for future travel to Palm Springs.
